You can login using your order number, or if you don't have your order number to hand you can enter your email address and a PIN will be sent to your email to confirm your identity.

When can I expect my delivery?

UK orders are dispatched the same day from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) if ordered by 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. Depending on the delivery option selected at the checkout, our expected delivery timings are as follows:

Standard Delivery - 3-5 working days

Express Delivery - 1-2 working days

The tracking says 'delivered' but I can't find my order

If the tracking shows your order as 'delivered' please could you check in case it has been left in a safe place (such as behind a wheelie bin, in a porch or garage), with a neighbour, or has been taken in by another member of your household, as this is often the case when an order appears to have gone astray.
